Dr. Geemon Korah, the Executive Director and CEO at Mane Kancor has played a key role in building the organisation to what it is today. A graduate in Agriculture, a post-graduate in Business Management, he was recently awarded a Doctorate in Business Administration by the prestigious Annamalai University. He has also completed executive education from Harvard Business School, ISB Hyderabad and IIM Calcutta. He joined the organisation in 1994 and since then, he has incubated and developed several new businesses within Mane Kancor, expanding into new geographies and manoeuvring through several challenges. Since taking over as the CEO in 2006, he has spearheaded the company through a 20-fold growth. He has successfully led the transition of Kancor to become one of the respected niche players in the naturals’ segment and initiated the joint venture with one of the world’s largest F&F firm, V Mane Fils of France.
Known for his team-building ability, paranoid optimism, inclusive growth and foresight, he has ardently propelled changes in the industry. With 3 decades of experience in the spices and flavours industry, Dr. Geemon holds office in several industry bodies and is a sought-after speaker at major industry forums.
