My professional journey includes designing and implementing transformative projects at EY GDS and Cognizant, where analytics and innovative sourcing models have been pivotal in achieving recruitment efficiency. Currently, I am serving as Asst. Director, Talent Attraction & Acquisition at EY GDS and leading the TAX & Ops service line.
